Traveling to Bali Indonesia?

Me an my cousin were thinking of traveling to Bali Indonesia sometime next year. We have made some friends from there here in America on a work visa. We would like to know how much money we should save in order to go. This includes flight plans, food, hotel, transportation, sight seeing, and let's not forget partying at hot spots in Bali. What kind of travel equipment would we need? Can anyone answer these questions for us please?

5. My brother estimated 8,000Euro flying out of Amsterdam for 2 adults + 1 toddler, staying at a 3* hotel for 3 weeks, flight rates from the US vary by season, airline and number of stops. Atika got all the other expenses sorted out, once you're there, life is relatively cheap.
